Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect From Inside Your Account

The fastest way to delete your data is to disconnect the relevant account from Clear Profit. Disconnecting an account removes the data tied to it.

1. Sign in at clearprofit.ai/login.
2. Open Settings from the left sidebar.
3. Find the account you want to remove and click Disconnect.
4. Confirm.

Data tied to a disconnected account is permanently removed within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

2. Email Us For Confirmation Or Full Deletion

If you cannot sign in, want a written confirmation that your data has been deleted, or want to delete everything tied to your Clear Profit account, email us:

• Send the request from the email address registered to your Clear Profit account.
• Send to: support@clearprofit.ai
• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 7 business days. Encrypted backups are purged on the standard 30–90 day rotation cycle, after which no copy of your data remains.
