We only access read-only data that is required to generate analytics.

2. How we use your Data

We use your data solely to operate and improve the Clear Profit platform. Specifically, we process your data to:

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion or store disconnection:

• All synced integration data, including customer information, is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Backups are purged according to our provider's retention cycle (30–90 days)
• No analytics data is kept after deletion
