1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clear Profit, a profit analytics platform for Shopify, provided by Katir Solutions LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (mailing address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). By creating an account, using the service, or starting the free trial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Clear Profit.

2. Service Description

Permission is granted to temporarily access Clear Profit's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only such as:

• Shopify
• Ads Platforms (Meta ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads, ... )
• Other supported integrations

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. We do not use, sell, or share your data for external purposes.

3. Service Description

Clear Profit provides e-commerce profit tracking and analytics services. We sync with your Shopify store to calculate real-time profits by tracking all your costs, including COGS, shipping, VAT, fees, and advertising spend.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on the number of orders processed per month:

• Basic Plan: $12/month (up to 100 orders, $0.35 per additional order)
• Growth Plan: $49/month (up to 600 orders, $0.12 per additional order)
• Unlimited Plan: $119/month (unlimited orders)

Payments are processed monthly. You will be charged for any additional orders beyond your plan's included limit.

5. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel your subscription before the trial expires.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. All data synced from your Shopify store is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Clear Profit's services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Clear Profit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Clear Profit or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Clear Profit's services.

10. Changes to Terms

Clear Profit reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
