Clear Profit ("we", "us", "our") is a product operated by Katir Solutions LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. This Refund Policy explains our billing, cancellation, and refund practices.

1. Subscription Billing

Clear Profit operates on a subscription-based model. All plans are billed automatically through Stripe at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Free Trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

3. Refunds

Because Clear Profit provides immediate access to digital services, all payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly subscriptions. However, we may consider a refund only in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or proven technical issues that prevented you from using the service.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will occur unless you re-subscribe.

5. Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days at support@clearprofit.ai with your billing details so we can assist you.
